Like Beddy Bears these delightful super soft and cuddlesome characters, contain a special blend of the highest quality treated English wheat grain, flaxseed and dried lavender flowers.   For best results simply heat in a microwave for two minutes on high, based on 800 watt oven,  and experience the soothing warmth and comfort they will give you.   You can also use your Buddy in place of a cold pack.  Simply pop him inside a plastic bag and place in a freezer for an hour or two.
