However, if for any reason your purchase is unsuitable, please ensure that you contact us within seven days of receipt. We will then send you a returns form.
Providing the product is returned and received by us within 28 days of date of receipt, undamaged and in the original undamaged packaging, we will issue a refund, excluding the delivery/packing and postage charge. We do not refund return postage/carriage on unsuitable items or cancelled orders.
We will consider the overall condition of the item returned when making the refund. We will only refund the price of the item or exchange the product once it has been received by us.
Refunds will be made by the same method as you paid for the goods. If a debit or credit card was used, the same card account will be credited.
Please check both the packaging and your purchases on receipt. In the event of the packaging and your goods being damaged in transit, please ensure that you endorse any delivery note accordingly. Please notify us immediately. Also, please be aware that we do not refund or replace damaged goods unless we are notified within 24 hours of receipt of the goods.
In the unlikely event of the goods being faulty, please contact us as soon as you are aware.
