Returns Policy


We hope that our customers are very pleased with both their purchases and the service we offer.

However,  if for any reason your purchase is unsuitable, please ensure that you contact/advise us within seven working days after the day the goods are received, known as the cooling off period, preferably by e-mail.  We will then send you a returns form.  

  • Providing we receive the returned goods within 28 days of the date that you received them, undamaged and in the original undamaged packaging with any labels still attached, we will issue a full refund for the item providing the item has not been made to order - we do not refund made to order items if there has been no error on our part.   Please note that we will not refund the cost of returning the goods (postage/carriage) on unsuitable/returned items or cancelled orders.  We will not refund the cost of delivery (inclusive or otherwise), the return costs or any other service provided to you in connection with your purchase.  A repacking charge may also be made.   
  • Where you are withdrawing from your purchase, excluding made to order items, and advise us after seven working days after delivery, known as the cooling off period, and there has been no error on our part, we will refund the cost of the goods providing we actually receive the returned item/s within 28 days of the date that you received the goods, undamaged and in the original undamaged packaging with any labels still attached .   We will  refund only the cost of the goods.  We will not refund the cost of delivery (inclusive or otherwise), the return costs or any other services provided to you in connection with your purchase. 

In all cases we will consider the overall condition of the item returned when making the refund.   We will only issue a refund or exchange the product once it has been received by us.

 Refunds will be made by the same method as you paid for the goods.  If a debit or credit card was used, the same card account will be credited.         

Please check both the packaging and your purchases on receipt.  In the event of the packaging and your goods being damaged in transit, please ensure that you endorse any delivery note accordingly.  Please notify us immediately.   Also, please be aware that we do not refund or replace damaged goods unless we are notified within 24 hours of receipt of the damaged goods.   

In the unlikely event of the goods being faulty, please contact us as soon as you are aware.

The returns address is - Simply Living Jersey.com,  Input Ltd.,  La Villaise,  Route de La Villaise,  St.Ouen,  Jersey,  JE3 2AP.   This returns address can also be found at the bottom of the customer address label on the packaging.  We advise customers to send any returned goods via recorded delivery.
